摘要
目的 :研究复方蒲香胶囊的提取工艺。方法 :采用正交试验法进行优选 ,测定复方蒲香胶囊中益母草有效成分含量。结果 :煎煮时间、浸泡时间、煎煮次数、乙醇量等对益母草有效成分有显著影响。结论 :最佳提取工艺为煎煮 3次 ,平均每次1.5h ,浸泡 2 0min ,1倍量乙醇。
OBJECTIVE To study the extraction process of compound Puxiang capsules. METHODS The optimal extraction process was selected with orthogonal design.The content of active constituent in Yimucao was determined.RESULTS The content of the active ingreclient extracted was influenced by the extraction time, frequency of extraction, soaking time and the quantity of ethanol.CONCLUSIONS The optimal extraction process is:extraction 3 times , 1.5 hour each time, soaking for 20 min.
