摘要
目的 :探讨GSH逆行带锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上及髁间骨折的疗效。方法 :从 1998年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月 ,我院采用逆行带锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折及髁间骨折 2 0例 ,其中股骨髁上骨折 14例 ,髁上伴髁间骨折 6例。男性 15例 ,女性 5例 ,年龄 2 0～ 75岁 ,平均年龄 35岁。术后早期CPM肢体功能锻炼 ,平均随访 12～ 18月。结果 :所有骨折均获得骨性愈合 ,平均愈合时间 6个月。根据Kolment膝关节功能评分标准 ,优 12例 ,良 4例 ,可 3例 ,差 1例 ,优良率 80%。结论 :逆行带锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折及髁间骨折具有内固定坚强、操作简便、创伤小等优点 ,术后配合CPM早期功能锻炼 ,可以获得满意疗效。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails in treating supercondylar and intracondylar fractures.Methods:From January 1998 to December 2002,20 cases(15 males,5 females)of supercondylar and intracondylar fractures were treated with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails,including 14 cases of supercondylar fractures and 6 cases associated with intracondylar fractrures.Early CPM exercise was used after operation.The average follow-up period time was 18 months.Results:All the patients were achieved bone union,the average healing time was 18 months.The functional scores:12 excellent,4 good,3 fair and 1 poor,the excellent rates were 80 %.Conclusion:The retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail can provide the stable and reliable fixation,it is less invasive to the fracture site.It can get satisfactory clinical results with the help of early CPM exercise after operation.
