摘要
利用红外热象仪连续测量金属板试样的拉压低周疲劳过程,将测量结果进行数值化处理得到被测试样表面动态温度场的数值响应.通过对温度场进行动态分析,为研究材料疲劳过程提供与相应应变能释放率有关的二维动态数据,从而展示出红外热象测量及热分析应用于材料疲劳研究的广阔前景.
Using infrared imaging instrument,the process of tension—press and lower— cycle fatigue is measured continuously for plate test piece of metal.Further the measured results are processed numerically and the numerical response of dynamic temperature fetid on the surface of measured piece is obtained.By analyzing the temperature feild dynamicly,two dimensional dynamic data relating releasing rate of strain energy is provided to study the fatigue of materials,thus showing broad prospects applying infrared imaging measure and thermal analysis in the research for fatigue of materials.
