摘要
目的:观察功能性磁刺激(functionalmagneticstimulation,FMS)治疗膀胱排尿功能障碍的疗效。方法:采用经S3神经根和膀胱区的FMS治疗排尿功能障碍患者8例,通过患者因排尿的症状而影响生活质量的评分和国际下尿路综合征(lowerurinarytractsyndrome,LUTS)症状评分进行疗效评价。结果:7例难治性尿频尿急综合征患者症状有显著改善,日排尿次数显著减少,平均排尿量增加,尿急程度减轻,其中3例达到完全康复,1例患者无效。结论:FMS可以显著地改善部分患者膀胱排尿功能障碍。能显著提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:To assess the efficacy of the functional magnetic stimulation(FMS) in patients with dysfunction of micturition. Method:A total of 8 patients accepted FMS of the sacral nerves at S3 and bladder areas. The study included the life quality and international lower urinary tract syndrome(LUTS) symptoms. Result: There was significant improvement in seven cases with respect to number of voiding,volume voided and degree of urgency. Among the 8 patients, 3 of them totally recovered and only one patient was failed to make any progress.Conclusion:FMS is an effective and safe therapy that can successfully treat some viding dysfunction and improve the patients′ life quality too.Author′s address Dept. of Rehabilitation Medicine, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, 430030
