摘要
目的 观察米利酮治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的临床疗效。 方法 对 4 8例经过强心、利尿、扩血管治疗 ,病情无改善且伴有快速心室率的CHF患者加用米利酮治疗。 结果 显效 31例 ,有效 13例 ,总有效 4 4例 ,总有效率达 91.6 7% ,心室率由 119.4 5± 14 .32次 /min减至 77.6 7± 8.80次 /min ,治疗前后心脏二维超声心动图、心功能测定有显著改善 ,且副作用少。 结论 凡常规治疗后效果不佳并伴有快速心室率的CHF患者 。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of milrinone on congestive heart failure.Methods Milrinone was used in 48 congestive heart failure patients with fast heart rate after using cardiotonic?diuretic and vasodilator therapy.Results Responsive 31 cases,effective 13 cases.The effective rate was 91.67% and heart rate decreased from 19.45±14.32/min to 77.67±8.80/min in patients taking milrinone.There were few side-effects.Conclusion milrionne is effective and may be advisable choice for combined treatment in congestive heart failure patient with fast heart rate
