摘要 本文就胚胎质量和胚胎类型、分化抑制物、培养基、传代时间和消化液等方面对胚胎干细胞分离克隆的影响进行了讨论。 Influences of embryo quality and type, differentiation stayer, media, passage and digestion fluid on embryonic cell separation and cloning were discussed respectively. 
