摘要
对87头移植IVF胚胎生产的海福特肉牛的初生重、3月龄、6月龄和12月龄的体重体尺进行了跟踪测定和生长发育情况观察。结果表明,移植生产的海福特肉牛生长发育基本正常,适应当地生产环境,达到了引种改良的目的。
Body sizes and body weight of 87 Hereford at birth, three months old, 6 months old and yearly were measured. Results showed Hereford reproduced with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer can develop normally, and well adapt to local environment.
