介绍了激励机制在现代企业管理中的重要作用,阐述了在现代企业建立激励机制的方法,提出了运用激励机制时应注意的几个问题。
This paper introduces the important functions of excitation mechanism in management of modern enterprises, expounds the methods of establishing excitation mechanism in modern enterprises, and puts forward some problems needing attention in application of excitation mechanism.
