Catalytic Synthesis of Chloroacetates Using Heteropoly Acid

摘要 用杂多酸作催化剂,对丁醇、戊醇和己醇与氯乙酸的液相酯化反应进行了研究.考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、醇酸比、带水剂用量对酯化反应的影响,得到合成这些酯的较适宜条件.与催化剂硫酸相比,其反应速度快,工艺简单,副反应少,对设备腐蚀小,减少了废水.此催化剂再生容易,可反复使用. Heteropoly acid was used as catalyst for the esterification of n-butyl,n-pentyl and n- hexyl alcohols with chloroacetic acid in liquid phase.The effects of the amount of the cata- lyst used,the reaction time,the ratio of the reactants and the amount of the agent taking off the water on esterification were investigated.A suitable conditions for synthesizing the esters have been obtained.Compared with sulfuric acid catalyst,it has advantages such as higher reaction rate,simpler process,less by-product and less erosive to epuipment,de- crease of waste water.Being reproduced easily,the catalyst can be used repeatedly.
