在阳离子表面活性剂存在下,铝与6-Br-BTAQ的分光光度研究及应用

摘要 在有阳离子表面活性剂(CTMAB)存在的条件下,于 pH 5.7~6.5范围内,5-(6-溴-2-苯骈噻唑偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉(简称6-Br-BTAQ)与铝形成稳定的紫红色络合物.其最大吸收波长为460 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.5×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).络合物的组成为 Al∶ R=1∶3.~10μg/25ml 的铝服从比尔定律. The conditions for colour reaction of AI with 6-Br-BTAQ and the composition of the complex formed in the presence of CTMAB have been studied.The complex is formed at pH 5.7~6.5.The maximum absorption of the complex is at 460 nm with apprent molar absorptivity of 2.5×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).The composition of the complex has been es- tablished as Al:R=1:3.Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0~10 μg Al/25 ml, so this method has better selectivity.The method proves be satisfactory for the direct deter- ruination of Al in the practical samples.
