摘要
目的:探讨三联药物治疗联合牙周基础治疗对消化性溃疡患者胃内幽门螺杆菌根除率的影响。方法:选择经内镜诊断为消化性溃疡且有慢性牙周炎64例进行三联药物抗幽门螺杆菌治疗,其中32例还同时进行牙周基础治疗。治疗后通过^(14)C-尿素呼气试验分析三联药物治疗联合牙周基础治疗对消化性溃疡患者胃内幽门螺杆菌根除率的影响。结果:采用联合治疗的患者1a后幽门螺杆菌根除率显著高于未进行牙周基础治疗的患者(68.8％:40.6％,P<0.05)。结论:对消化性溃疡且有慢性牙周炎的患者进行三联疗法的同时进行牙周基础治疗能提高胃内幽门螺杆菌根除率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of triple therapy associated with initial periodontal therapy on the eradication of helicobacter pylori of the patients with peptic ulcer. Methods:64 patients with peptic ulcer and chronic pe-riodontitis were studied. All patients were treated by triple therapy, meanwhile 32 of which were treated by initial periodontal therapy additionally. The effect of triple therapy associated with initial periodontal therapy on the eradication of gastric helicobacter pylori was examined with 14C urea breath test. Results: After one year the eradication rate in the group with initial periodontal therapy was significantly higher than that in the control group(68. 8% :40. 6% ,P<0. 05). Conclusion:Triple therapy associated with initial periodontal therapy could improve the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori of the patients with peptic ulcer and periodontitis.
