摘要
本文着重介绍新型增塑剂M-02的主要性能及其在PVC(聚氯乙烯)软制品、合成橡胶(丁腈,氯丁)制品中的某些应用。实验表明,M-02新型增塑剂可以全部或部分代替传统增塑剂DOP、DBP、DOTP、DIDP等在橡胶、塑料制品中使用。它不仅能赋于制品的某些优异性能,而且能大幅度降低成本,M-02增塑剂的开发、应用有着很大的实际意义。
The main properties of the new type plasticizer M-02 and some applications on PVC(polyviny chloride) soft products synthetic rubber(butadiene acrylonitrile, chloroprene) were mainly introduced in this paper. Experimental results show that the M-02 new type plasticizer can be used to instead the whole or partial of the traditional plasticizer such as DOP DBP DOTP and DIDP etc. to apply on the rubber and plastic products, which not only can give somes excellent properties to the products but also can decreases the production cost largely. Therefore, the developments and applications of the M-02 have important practical meaning.
