碳含量及水韧处理温度对Mn13Mo1钢机械性能的影响

摘要 通过拉伸实验、冲击实验及断口观察试验,研究了碳含量、水韧处理温度对Mn13Mo1钢机械性能的影响。结果表明:Mn13Mo1钢经1080~1100℃水韧处理后,强度和塑性有最佳配合,并且随碳含量的增加,强度、塑性都明显提高。碳含量对冲击韧性影响小,但冲击韧性随水韧处理温度的提高而增大。总之,为获得较理想的机械性能,Mn13Mo1钢应选较高的含碳量,同时水韧处理温度应选在1080~1100℃范围内。 Present work studied the effect of carbon content and temperature of heat treatment on mechanical properties of Mn13Mol by tension tests, impact tests and fracture observation. The results showed that Mn13Mol steel had excellent combination of strength and ductility after it was quenched into water from 1080℃ to 1100℃. With increasing of carbon content,strength and ductility rose obviously and impact strength changed little. Impact strength increases as increasing of temperature of heat treatment. In order to obtain ideal mechanical properties, Mn13Mol steel should contain a little more amount of carbon and its temperature of heat treatment should be between 1080℃ and 1 100℃.
