摘要
用金相法测定了Mn13Mo1钢等温转变曲线。结果表明Mn13Mo1钢的等温转变产物与普通高锰钢一样,也仅是碳化物和珠光体。但高锰钢中加入1%Mo强烈推迟珠光体转变,并且对700℃以下碳化物的析出,也有明显的抑制作用。Mn13Mo1钢的珠光体转变和碳化物析出,都是首先在晶界处发生的。珠光体是极细的;晶内析出的碳化物形态与转变温度有关。600℃以上析出的晶内碳化物为块状;600℃以下析出针状的晶内碳化物。
present work determined the isothermal austenite transformation diagram of Mn13Mo1 steel by means of metallographic method. The results showed that supercooled austenite of Mn13Mol could de composed carbide and pearlite as that of Mn13. However , 1%Mo in the steel strongly delayed the be ginning of pearlite transformation of supercooled austenite and it obviously constrained carbide's form ing at less than 700 ℃. The pearlite transformation and carbide formation previously occured along the grain boundary of supercooled austenite. The pearlits was very fine. The shape of carbide formed with in grain depended on holding temperature. The carbide was blocky at more than 600℃, and it was nee die-like at less than 600 ℃.
