随着物流业在我国的迅速发展,铁路货运业面临严峻的挑战。从目前所能预见的情况来看,影响铁路货运量的因素主要有体制不健全、运输速度较慢、运价不灵活、服务水平不高、运力不均衡。本文对此进行了初步分析。
