摘要
目的 探讨角膜移植术后继发性青光眼的病因及防治方法。方法 对 15 10只眼角膜移植术后出现继发性青光眼 92只眼的不同发生原因 ,分别行药物或手术治疗。结果 80只眼经药物治疗 2～ 3周后眼压恢复正常。 10只眼行抗青光眼手术 ,其中 8只眼术后眼压得以控制 ,2只眼失败后改行青光眼阀门术 ,2只眼失明。结论 角膜移植术后出现的继发性青光眼 ,应针对不同病因进行治疗 ,并严格随访眼压 ,是减少晚期青光眼的关键措施。
Objective To investigate the cause and treatment of the secondary glaucoma after keratoplasty.Methods Of the 1510 eyes which performed keratoplasty,92 eyes occurred secondary glaucoma.Medicine and operations were taken for different causes of the secondary glaucoma.Results The intraocular pressure in 80 eyes were controlled within normal range in 2 to 3 weeks after medicine therapy.Of the 10 eyes were which performed filtration operations the intraocular press in 8 eyes was controlled,and 2 eyes performed glaucoma valve implantation after the failure of the first operation.Two eyes were blind.Conclusions Treatments should be taken for different causes of the secondary glaucoma after keratoplasty.The results show that following-up with the intraocular pressure strictly is an effective measure reduce the late glaucoma.
