摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜与开腹胆总管探查术对患者生活质量的影响。方法 测定腹腔镜胆总管探查术与开腹胆总管探查术各 18例患者术前及术后 2、4、8、12周的生产质量指数值 (GIQL I)。结果 腹腔镜与开腹胆总管探查术前 GIQL I无明显差异 ,腹腔镜胆总管探查术后 2、4、8、12周的 GIQL I分别为 10 3、10 9、12 1、12 1分 ,开腹胆总管探查术后 2、4、8、12周的GIQL I分别为 93、10 4、12 0、12 0分。结论 腹腔镜胆总管探查术患者术后生活质量较开腹胆总管探查术高 。
Objective To evaluate the life quality in patients who underwent laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and open common bile duct exploration for choledocholithiasis.Methods A survey was made on 18 patients who underwent common bile duct exploration and 18 patients who underwent open common bile duct exploration.The quality of life was measured with the Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index (GIQLI) preoperation in 2,4,8,and 12 weeks after the operation. Results There were no significant differente from the GIQLI scores. The GIQLI scores were 103, 109, 121 and 121 respectively in 2,4,8 and 12 weeks after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration. The scores on the GIQLI were 93,104,120 and 120 respectively in 2,4 8 and 12 weeks after the open common bile duct exploration operations.Conclusion The GIQLI scores from laparoscopic common bile duct exploration group is better than did that from the open common bile duct exploration group.
