改革的不断深化,使国有企业人的素质问题凸显出来,如何正确认识国有企业与西方企业的历史差距:客观分析国企员工的基本素质,从求实的角度探索其开发的重点和方略,应是国企人力资源管理当务之急。
With the continuous deepening of the reform,many problems about staff diathesis of stateowned enterprises have appeared.How to know correctly the historical differences between the stateowned enterprises and the western enterprises,how to analyze objectively the basic diathesis of the stateowned enterprises staff and explore the focal points and general plans about human resources management bascd on facts should be the urgent affairs on the human resources management of the stateowned enterprises.
