摘要
目的 :观察新疆维吾尔族妇女放置MCu宫内节育器 (IUD)的临床效果。 方法 :采用随机方法对 2 2 0例健康维吾尔族妇女放置MCuIUD及TCu 380AIUD各 110例 ,于置器后 1、3、6、12个月随访 ,用生命统计表法统计两种IUD的续用率及终止原因。 结果 :两组放置IUD12个月的妊娠率均为 0 ;MCu组无脱落发生 ;TCu380A组置器后第 12个月脱落 3例 ,两组 12个月累计续用率相同 (98.18% ) ,两组间不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。 结论 :MCuIUD是一种避孕率高、可接受性好的新型IUD。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of two kinds of intrauterine contraceptive device (IUD). Methods: McuIUD or Tcu380AIUD were set in 220 healthy Uygurian women randomly. They were followed up in the following 1,3,6,12 months. The continous using rate and the stopping rate were recorded with life statistics. Results: Pregnancy rate in both McuIUD and Tcu380AIUD arms in 12 months was 0; the McuIUD team has no dropping case; the Tcu380AIUD team has 3 cases dropped after twelfth; the continuous using rate in two arms was equal (98.18%); side effect rate has not difference between two arms (P>0.05). Conclusion: McuIUD is a new type IUD with higher contraceptive rate and better acceptable.
