全髋关节置换术后迟发性感染1例报告

摘要 病人,男,51岁.双股骨头无菌性坏死先后行左右双侧全髋置换术,伤口均一期愈合,术后半年感右侧髋关节隐痛不适,但能行走,无发热、关节肿胀,外院复查拍片,髋关节假体位置良好,考虑为关节周围无菌性炎症,予封闭治疗,患者症状略有缓解,术后2年半,偶然发现右大腿略肿胀,且于大腿外侧中下段处见一直径约10 cm皮肤红肿区,多家医院诊断为右大腿蜂窝织炎,予长期静脉抗感染及局部对症治疗,症状无缓解,转入我院.
