摘要
目的 研究BRCA1在散发性乳腺癌组织与癌旁组织中的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测 2 0 0例散发性乳腺癌患者癌组织和癌旁组织中BRCA1的表达。结果 BRCA1在癌旁组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌组织 ,癌旁与原位癌、浸润性小叶癌、特殊类型乳腺癌、浸润性导管癌相比均具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 BRCA1蛋白有望成为预测肿瘤预后的生物学指标。
Objective To study the expression of BRCA1 protein in breast cancer. Method Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of BRCA1 in 200 patients with breast cancer. Results The BRCA1 protein expression was reduced compared with the normal mammary epithelial cell. Conclusion Reduced BRCA1 expression in breast cancer may somehow be related to their malignant phenotype and may also indicate a crucial role of the BRCA1 protein in the development of sporadic breast cancers.
