摘要
目的 探讨经腹经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜癌的应用价值。方法 对经诊刮、手术及病理确诊为子宫内膜癌的 3 2例患者的声像图与彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)进行回顾性分析。结果 子宫内膜增厚 7例 ,内膜显示不清 6例 ,宫腔内回声不均质光团且不同程度地向肌层、浆膜层或宫颈浸润 12例 ,宫腔内低回声暗区或宫腔液性暗区 7例。病灶内血流丰富 18例 ,少血流 7例 ,未探及血流信号 7例。结论 经腹和经阴道彩超联合应用可显示子宫内膜癌组织浸润肌层程度以及血供情况 。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of combined application of abdominal and vaginal color Doppler ultrosonograph on diagnosing uterus endothelial carcinoma.Methods The acoustic images and Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI) from 32 patients with uterus endothelial carcinoma confirmed by diagnostic curettage,operation,or pathological technique were reviewed.Results 7 cases of endometrical hyperplasia were menisfected,and 6 cases of endometrium were not clearly observed;12 cases of heterogeneous echo in uterine cavity were found with the infiltration of muscular layer,serous coat,or cervix in varying degrees;7 cases of low echo dark area or fluid dark area were observed in uterine cavity.We found increasing volume of blood flow in 18 cases,decreasing volume of blood flow in 7 cases,and lack of blood signal in 7 cases.Conclusion The combined application of abdominal and vaginal color Doppler ultrosonograph can manisfect the infiltration degree and blood supply of the uterus endothelial carcinoma,and render the references for correct diagnosis and staging of the cancer.
