摘要
目的 观察电针夹脊穴治疗根性坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法 将 2 0 4例患者随机分成电针组 10 4例和体针组 10 0例 ,电针组取腰夹脊、环跳、阳陵泉、承山 ,并用 G- 6 80 5电针治疗仪治疗 ;体针组取大肠俞、关元俞、秩边、环跳、承扶、阳陵泉、承山等穴 ,并观察治疗前后的疼痛和体征变化。结果与结论 电针组疗效高于体针组 ,有效率分别为 10 0 %与 86 % ,P<0 .0 5 。
Purpose To observe the curative effect of jiaji point lectroacupuncture on root sciatica due to lumbar intervertebral disc.Method Two hundred and four patients were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group of 104 cases and a body acupuncture group of 100 cases. Lumbar jiaji points, Huantiao (GB 30), Yanglingquan (GB 34) and Chengshan (BL 57) were selected for the electroacupuncture group with a G 6805 electric stimulator used. Dachangshu(BL 25), Guanyuan(CV 4), Zhibian (BL 54), Huantiao(GB 30), Chengfu(BL 36), Yanglingquan(GB 34) and Chengshan (BL 57) were selected for the body acupuncture group. Changes in the pain and the signs were evaluated after treatment.Results and conclusion The effect was better in the electroacupuncture group than in the body acupuncture group. The effective rate was 100% and 86%, respectively. There was a significant difference ( P<0.05 ).
