摘要
从四川石棉县采集的巨花雪胆 (Hemsleyagigantha)的根茎中分到 2个新化合物 ,命名为雪胆素G和巨花雪胆皂苷B ,通过化学方法和波谱方法鉴定了它们的结构。另外 1 3个已知化合物分别为葫芦素类和雪胆皂苷类化合物 ,其中 β -香树脂醇 (3)为首次从该属植物中得到。
Two new compounds together with thirteen known compounds were isolated from the roots of Hemsleya gigantha .They were named Hemslecins G and Hemsgiganosides B, and their structures were determined on the basis of the spectral and chemical evidences.Compound 3 was first time isolated from the genus.
