摘要
目的 探讨内皮素 (ET)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)在冠心病患者中的作用。方法 应用放射免疫法对 36例冠心病进行了血浆ET、CGRP水平测定 ,并与 35名正常健康人作对照。结果 冠心病患者血浆ET水平高于正常人组 (P <0 .0 1)、CGRP水平低于正常人组 (P <0 .0 1)。
Objective To explore the effect of detection of the levels of plasma ET and CGRP in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Thirty six patients with coronary heart disease were tested by radioimmunoassay(RIA) for the levels of plasma ET and CGRP and thirty five normal controls were also tested.Results The level of plasma ET in coronary heart disease groups was obviously higher than that in normal control( P < 0.01 ).While CGRP levels were lower than that in normal controls( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion Plasma ET and CGRP levels are closely related the occurrence and development in patients with coronary heart disease.
