摘要
目的 了解蚌埠市郊区疟疾流行现状 ,为采取切实有效的防治措施提供决策依据。方法 采用捕获—再捕获统计学方法对调查点的疟疾发病数、漏报率进行评估 ,然后测算全郊区疟疾发病数、漏报率。结果 调查 4个乡 16个村 8982人 ,查出疟疾患者 6 6人 ,估计发病人数 14 5人。估计漏报率 6 1.38%。推算全郊区发病人数2 77人 ,漏报率 6 0 .2 9%。结论 捕获—再捕获方法具有简便、科学、准确的特点 ,是疫情漏报调查的一种好方法。郊区疟疾漏报现象严重应采取综合防治措施 ,降低发病率 ,保障群众健康 。
Objective To investigate the current epidemic situation of malaria in surburb of Bengbu city so as to take the effective measures of prevention and treatment for decision.Methods By using capture and re capture method(CRM) to evaluate the incidence and the missed report rate of malaria in the investigated spot and then to deduce the whole surburb incidence and missed report rate.Results 8 982 residents in 16 villages of 4 towns were investigated and 66 malaria patients were detected.The estimated cases were 145 and estimated missed report rate was 61.38%.Therefore,it was deduced that the whole surburb might have 277 cases of malaria and the missed report rate was 60.29%.Conclusion CRM is simple,scientific and exact method of investigation of failing report epidemic situation.The missed report rate in surburb is serious and the comprehensive measures should be taken so that the incidence rate can be reduced,the health of people can be ensured and the economy woud be developed.
