摘要
目的 :研究吉林产西洋参根中的皂苷成分。方法 :西洋参根的甲醇提取物用氯仿和正丁醇萃取 ,正丁醇萃取物经硅胶和RP 8反相硅胶反复柱层析分离 ,得到纯化合物。通过谱学分析鉴定其结构。结果 :分离得到 10个单体皂苷 ,分别鉴定为 2 4(R) 假人参皂苷RT5 ( 1) ,人参皂苷Rg1( 2 ) ,2 0 (R ) 人参皂苷Rg3( 3 ) ,2 4(R ) 假人参皂苷F11( 4 ) ,人参皂苷Re( 5) ,三七皂苷K( 6) ,人参皂苷Rd( 7) ,人参皂苷Rc( 8) ,人参皂苷Rb1( 9) ,以及人参皂苷Rb2 ( 10 )。结论 :对吉林产西洋参的皂苷成分进行了较系统的化学研究 ,分离鉴定 10个单体皂苷 ,其中 ,化合物
objective: To examine the saponins consti tuents in roots of Panax quinquefolium cultivated in China. Me thod: The methanol extract from roots of P. quinquefolium cultiv ated in Jiling province of China was extracted by chloroform and n-buta nol successively. Ten pure saponins were isolated from the n-butanol extrac t by silica gel and RP-8 reversed-phase column chromatography. Their structure s were identified by means of spectral methods and compared with known compounds . Result: Ten saponins were isolated from P. quinquefo lium. They were identified as ginsenoside Rg 1(2), Re(5), Rd(7), Rc (8), Rb 1(9), Rb 2(10), 24(R)-ginsenoside Rg 3(3), 24(R) -pseudoginsenoside RT 5(1), F 11 (4) and notoginsenoside K(6), re spectively. Conclusion: This work has elucidated the sapo nins constituents of P. quinquefolium cultivated in Jilin province of China and has shown that compound 1 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
