摘要
目的 :探讨高效液相色谱技术应用于风轮菜属中药的鉴定研究。方法 :利用高效液相色谱提供药材的内在成分信息 ,结合模式识别技术 ,对风轮菜属植物进行了分类及鉴定。结果 :色谱数据的系统聚类结果得到了预期效果 ,这对于研究风轮菜属药材的类别及近缘性提供了依据。结论 :本方法具有简便、快捷。
Objective: To realize the relati onships of the pla nts of genus C. chinensis in our country and confirm the feasible quality o f th e application of Hierarchical cluster in the classification of genus C. chinensis. Method: The chemical information of 20 samples of 10 kin ds of plants was obtained with high-performance liquid chromatographic method a nd classification based on their chemical information was made through Hierarch ical cluster. Flavonoids and saponins were the main components of the C. chin ensis plants. We did the high-performance liquid chromatography from the flav onoids and saponins side respectively. Result:Expected results were achieved in the Hierarchical clusters of the chromato graphic data of the plants of genus C. chinensis which supplied the foundat ion for studying crude drugs categorys and those close of C.chinensis. Conclusion: The cluster and identi fication results show the method is acceptable, simple, rapid, inexpensive and repeatable.
