摘要
目的 探讨创伤性椎体骨折新的治疗方法及缩短卧床治疗时间。方法 12例椎体骨折全部采用介入性方法,在C型臂X线机导引监视下,以COOK公司生产的10~13G骨穿针,经椎弓根刺入椎体后缘,使用外科锤将骨穿针钉入病变椎体前1/3(侧位)椎体中线或中1/3(正位),用特制骨水泥注射器注入骨水泥(Corin公司生产的低粘稠度聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及单体)2~8ml不等。结果 本方法治疗疼痛大部分消失,有效率在90%以上。腰背部不适感一周内消除。全部患者3~8d出院。结论 介入性治疗创伤性椎体骨折安全可行,止疼效果显著。椎体骨折得到加固,防止塌陷,预后良好。
Objective Inquire the new treatment method about trauma spinal body tracture and to shorten the treatment time to lie in bed. Methods Twelve patients with traumatic spinal body were treated by the intervention way. Under C- arm X- ray machine leading and keeping watch on, 10-13 G bone needles were stabbed into the back side of the vertebra. The bone needles were made in Cook Company. They were nailed 1/3 (incline side) in front of or 1/3 (straight side) in the middle of the pathological change vertebrae by surgical hammar. Then 2-8 ml PMMA (boneconcrete) were poured into the pathological change verterae by the special syringe. The low viscosity PMMA (bone concrete Corinp lasty 1& 3 and monomer) were made in Corin Company. Results This patients most pain disappeared. The efficient rate was more than 90% . All the patients left the hospital from the third day to the eighth day. Conclusion The intervention treatment about trauma spinal body fractrue is safe and feasible. The relieved pain effect is getting instant results. The spinal body factrue reinforced and is prevented to subside. The effect is very well.
