摘要
目的 进一步了解衡阳市 1997~ 2 0 0 1年食品从业人员 HBV感染状况及模式 ,提高对 HBs Ag携带者的管理水平。 方法 应用 EL ISA法检测 2 6 5 0 1名食品从业人员血清中 HBs Ag、抗 HBs、HBe Ag、抗 - HBe、抗 HBc。 结果 2 6 5 0 1名食品从业人员 ,HBs Ag阳性 1393人 ,阳性率 5 .2 6 % ,男性 (6 .82 % )明显高于女性 (4.2 2 % ) ,差别有极显著性 (χ2=86 ,P<0 .0 1)。HBe Ag阳性率为 2 .14 % ,男性 (2 .83% )明显高于女性 (1.6 8% ) (χ2 =4 0 ,P<0 .0 1)。感染模式男、女性均以 HBs Ag+抗 - HBe+抗 - HBc及 HBs Ag+HBe Ag+抗 - HBc两种模式为主 ,男、女性之间差别无显著性。 结论 衡阳市食品从业人员 HBs Ag阳性率低于全国平均水平。男性从业人员 HBs Ag及 HBe Ag阳性率均明显高于女性 。
Objective To acknowledge the status of HBV infection and mode of population engaged in food-related work in Hengyang City from year 1997-2001, and deal with HBsAg carrier more effectively. Methods Serum HbsAg, anti-HBs,HbeAg, anti-HBe and anti-HBc of 26,501 persons were detected by ELISA. Result HBsAg of 1,393 cases was positive(5.26%),HBsAg(+) rate of males(6.82%) was significantly higher than that of females's(4.22%),(χ 22=86,P<0.01).HBeAg(+) rate was 2.14%,HBeAg(+) rate of males(2.83%) was significantly higher than that of females's(1.68%)(χ 2=40,P<0.01).Main infection mode were HBsAg + anti-HBe+anti-HBc and HBsAg + HBeAg + anti-HBc,there was no significant difference between male and female. Conclusion HBsAg(+) rate of people engaged in food-related work is lower than the average rate of the whole country.HBsAg(+) and HBeAg(+) rate of males was signicantly higher than that of females's. Preventive health checkup and management should be enhanced to males engaged in food-related work.
