摘要
目的 研究探讨 GC/ MS测定水中β-蒎烯的分析方法。 方法 用二氯甲烷萃取各种水样中的β-蒎烯 ,运用 GC/ MS的 Xcalibur分析软件的谱库检索功能 ,从 NIST 98谱库中检索出被化工原料污染河水的成分是β-蒎烯。应用GC/ MS快速准确定量测定了 β-蒎烯在河水中的含量。 结果 被化工原料污染河水中 β-蒎烯含量为 182 .2 μg/ ml。 结论 该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高。
Objective To study the analytical method that use GC/MS to determine β-Pinene in polluted river water. Methods By using GC/MS library search function of Xcalibur, we found that the toxic compounds is β-Pinene in polluted river water from NIST 98 libaray. The Application of GC/MS has exactly determined β-Pinene content in polluted river water. Result It shows that β-Pinene in polluted river water is 182.2μg/ml. Conclusion This qualitative and quantitative analysis is simple, fast,sensible, accurate and reliable.
