摘要
试验研究灵芝、猴头和金针菇 3种担子菌菌丝体阶段呼吸速率随菌丝生长的变化规律结果表明 ,3种担子菌呼吸速率随菌丝生长均呈单调上升趋势 ,其数值因菌种而异 ,菌丝呼吸速率在菌丝同一生长期变化较小。 3种担子菌菌丝平均生长速度随菌丝长度的增加均呈单峰变化趋势 。
The changes of breath rates during the mycelial growth o f three basidiomycetes(Ganoderma lucidum, Hericium erinaceus, Flammulina velut ipes)at the mycelial stage were studied. The results show that the mycelial br eath rates of three basidiomycetes all increase with mycelial growth, but the va lue of each species is different. The mycelial breath rate is stable during the same growth period. Each curve of mycelial mean growth rate of the three basidio mycetes shows only one peak. The maximum of breath rate comes later than that of the mycelial growth rate.
