蛋白质电泳技术在品种真伪和纯度检验上的应用 被引量:4

摘要 应用种子贮藏蛋白和同工酶电泳技术对油葵品种康地4、5、6、7号及G101的父母本和杂交种在品种鉴定上的应用方面进行分析研究,结果表明:在所有品种中,种子贮藏蛋白电泳谱带多,但没有明显差别;过氧化物酶谱带数少,在G101杂交种有明显区别父母本的过氧化物酶谱带;酯酶电泳谱带数目较多且清晰,康地6号杂交种中出现了明显的父母本的互补酯酶电泳谱带。利用酯酶谱带对康地6号杂交种进行纯度鉴定,其结果与田间鉴定结果相近。 ln this paper,we apply protein electrophoresis technique in sunflower variety identification and purity examination,it's variety included:male and female parents of Kondy 4,5,6,7,G101 and hybrid seed.There are no apparent differences in all variety by electrophoresis of seed storage protein but with more electrophoresis bands;only G101 F1 can be distinguished from parents seed by electrophoresis of peroxidase isozyme with fewer electrophoresis band in all variety;only Kondy 6 hybrid appeared its parents complementary bands by electrophoresis of esterase isozyme with more and clear electrophoresis band in all variety.Purity of hybrid seed in Kondy 6 was analysised by electrophoresis of esterase isozyme,the outcome of purity of hybrid seed is similar to that of field test.
