张力带微创内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折50例

摘要 目的 :探讨AO张力带微创内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的效果。方法 :利用AO张力带对 5 0例尺骨鹰嘴骨折的微创内固定进行临床分析和随访。结果 :全部病例均随访 ,未出现感染、骨畸形、骨不连和创伤性关节炎等并发症 ,肘关节功能良好。结论 :张力带微创术治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折具有创伤小、复位好、固定牢、锻炼早。
