摘要
目的 探讨卵泡膜 黄素囊肿超声特点并进行病因分析以配合临床诊治。方法 用B型超声观察 2 0例患者卵巢卵泡膜 黄素囊肿的大小回声 ,子宫大小、形态回声 ,宫内膜情况及相关脏器的情况。结果 2 0例卵泡膜 黄素囊肿超声表现为卵巢多囊、多房改变 ,大小 4～ 2 5cm ,壁薄 ,内透声好。超声分析 :滋养细胞病变 10例 (葡萄胎、恶葡、绒癌 ) ,多胎妊娠 1例 ,卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS) 9例 ;由临床证实诊断符合率为 98%。结论 B型超声发现卵泡膜 黄素囊肿具有特征性 ,据其声像图的不同表现 ,可明确此囊肿的具体病因及病变发展 ,有利于指导临床治疗。
ObjectiveTo explore the cause of thecalutein cyst and the corresponding diagnosis and treatment according to its ultrasonic characteristics.Methods The echoes,womb sizes,morphological echoes,endometrical conditions and correlative internal organs in 20 cases of thecalutein cyst underwent ultrasonic observation.Results The ultrasonic expressions were polycystic ovary,multilocularchanges,the size of 4-25,thin wall and good internal sound penetration.The B-ultrasonic analysis found that there existed 10 cases of trophocyte lesion including grape mole,malignant grape mole and choriocarcinoma,a case of multiple pregnancy and 9 cases of excessively irritating syndrome.The clinical coincidence rate was 98%.Conclusion The different ultrasonic expressions of thecalutein cyst can be used to determine the causes and the development of pathologic changes.
