摘要
目的 分析染色体核型异常与妇产科常见疾病的关系 ,探讨流产、死胎、畸胎、不孕、月经不调及青春期发育异常的遗传病因。方法 5 32例病例 ,每例行外周血培养 ,细胞收获 ,制片及G显带 ,并行染色体核型分析。结果 5 32个病例中 ,共检出异常核型 2 5例 ,检出率为 4 .7% ,其中异常孕产史和不孕 16例 ,占 6 4 % ,月经不调和发育异常 7例 ,占 2 8% ,其它 2例 ,占 8%。结论 染色体核型异常是导致流产、死胎、畸胎及不孕的重要原因之一 ;染色体核型异常与月经不调、青少年发育异常有密切关系。
Purpose: To analyze the chromosome structrual aberration in cases of the common obstetric and gyneacology diseases in order to find the genetic reason of the abortion,the dead fetus,the infertility,the menstrual disorders and the puberty hypoplasia. Methods: 3ml venus blood were taken from everyone of the 532 patients and were examined for the chromosome karyotype after there days cell culture. Results:There are tatal 25(4.7%)abnormal chrosome karyotype found in the 532 cases.16 of them have the abnormal pregnany history or infertility history, which was 64%(16/25); seven of them are menstrual disorders or hypoplasia cases, which was 25%(7/25) and the other 2 cases are 8%. Conclution: The chromosome karyotype abnormality is an important reason of the obstetric and gyneacology disease. It can cause abortion、dead fetus、infertility,and is related with menstrual disorders and hypoplasia.
