摘要
目的 用薄层色谱法鉴别去痛片中的四种主要成分。方法 将相同浓度的供试品溶液与对照品溶液点于同一硅胶GF2 54薄层板上 ,采用薄层色谱法 ,观察各主斑点的位置、大小及颜色。结果 去痛片中的四种主要成分彼此分离良好 ,且分别与各自的对照品溶液的主斑点Rf值相同 ,大小、颜色相同。结论 用薄层色谱法可同时鉴别去痛片中的四种主要成分且方法简单、省时、实用。
Objective To differentiate the four main components of Tabellae Aminophenazoniet Phenacetini Compositae with Thin-layer Chromatography.Methods Drop the sample liquor and the contrast liquor with the same consistence on the one siliceous GF 254 thin-layer vitreous board and use thin-layer chromatography to observe the place of the every main fleck,size and color.Results The results showed that the four main components of Tabellae Aminophenazoniet Phenacetini Compositae were disparted well,and have the same Rf,size and color with the respective contrast liquor's main fleck.Conclusions To differentiate the four main components of Tabellae Aminophenazoniet Phenacetini Compositae with Thin-layer Chromatography is a simple, practical and time-saving method,and it can differentiate them at the same time.
