摘要
文章按各级径向尺寸协调和外啮合接触强度相等的原则对双级2K-H型行星轮系的总传动比进行优化分配,从而将双级行星轮系的优化设计转变成单级行星轮系的优化设计。以太阳轮、行星轮和内齿圈体积之和最小作为优化目标建立了优化数学模型。应用复合形法求解数学模型择取最优参数方案。通过实例计算,取得了满意的结果。
Total transmission ratio of epicyclic gear train is distributed optimally according to diameter size coordination and equal contract strength of external gearing, and optimal design of two-stage epicyclic gear train is transformed into optimal design of single-stage epicyclic gear train. The volume sum minimum of sun gears、epicyclic gears and internal gears in various stage is regarded as optimal objective, and optimal mathematical model is established. An optimal mathematical model is solved by using the complex method, and optimal parameter scheme is selected.A satisfied result is obtained by means of example computing.
