摘要
实践基础上的马克思主义理论创新是社会变革和发展的先导;把握和运用解放思想,实事求是,与时俱进这个马克思主义的精髓,是党创新发展马克思主义和事业发展的正确道路;坚持和发展马克思主义,都要统一于建设中国特色社会主义的伟大实践之中,始终坚持实践第一的观点;党对于马克思主义的认识是在实践过程中,特别是在同一切错误思想倾向的斗争中不断创新发展的;必须着力锻造一支高素质的干部队伍;政治领袖的创新精神、理论自觉和政治素质是理论创新的主体动力和最重要的主观条件;引导广大群众确立对理论创新的正确立场是使精神转化为物质力量的重要环节:领导决策制度创新是马克思主义理论创新的重要保障。
Marxism's theory innovation based on practice is the forerunner of our society's changing and developing; masterning and using Marxism's marrow of liberating thinking, seeking truth form the facts, developing with the times is the right way for the Party to develop Marxism and the Party's cause;persisting on and developing Marxism should be unified in the grate practice to build the Chinese charactenstic socialism, consistently insisting on the viewpoint of practice first; Marxism's development is in the course of the Party's practice,especially in the struggle with all the wrong thoughts; to forge a high-quality cadre rank;the innovating spirit, theory consciousmess and political quality is the motivation of the main body and the most important subjective condition; the leader's system innovation of making policy is its significant ensuning;making the masses estabilsh the right standpoint to its innovation is the major link to make the spirits turn into materials.
