多功能脊柱固定器在离体脊柱标本中的生物力学实验研究

摘要 作者截取10具新鲜尸体胸腰椎部分(T_9~L_5保留T_(11)、T_(12)、L_1、L_2、L_3、L_4间5个活动节段。分别在完整脊柱标本上做轴向压缩、旋转和屈曲实验。然后在L_2、L_3间制成不稳定脊柱模型,将多功能脊柱固定器(USI)、Wilson铜板和Dick内固定器分别固定脊柱,重复上述三项实验。根据力或力矩与位移的比值,对固定器稳定脊柱的效果作出评价。结果表明:在轴向压缩实验中,各固定器的稳定度无明显差异;在旋转和屈曲实验中,USI的稳定度均强于Wilson钢板和Dick内固定器。 Ten cadaver spines (T9-L5) were first tested for compression, totation and forward bending loading performances. Unstable model was made between L2-L3 by excising part of the (?)ervertebral disc. Following implantation of USI, Wilson plate and Dick fixator respectively the tests were repeated for comparison of stability in terms of force or torque and displacement. The results showed that there were no differences in stabilities of the three implants in axial (?)mpression test and the most rigid implant was USI as shown by rotation and flexion tests.
