摘要 造血生长因子通过与其受体的相互作用调节血细胞的增殖与分化。造血生长因子与受体结合后激活JAK,JAK发生自我磷酸化的同时也使受体磷酸化,继而通过SH2 蛋白激活ras通路。JAK还可以使STAT磷酸化。STAT磷酸化后移到细胞核内,启动有关基因的转录。 Cytokines regulate the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic cells through their interaction with the receptors. The JAKs are associated with the receptors and activated following ligand binding. The activated JAKs phosphorylate both themselves and the receptor subunits, and through SH2-containing proteins activate the ras pathway. HCP negatively affects the response. In addition, JAKs phosphorylate one or more of a family of STAT. This induces the translocation of STAT and starts series of gene transcriptions.
