摘要
对49例糖尿病的24小时尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)活性、白蛋白及β_2微球蛋白,24小时尿及随机尿的NAG指数,血NAG及HbA_1进行了测定。通过糖尿病患者值与正常人值相比以及这几个指标间相关比较。
Urinary activity of N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) and NAG: Creatinine (NAG-I) in 24-hour urine and NAG-I in a single random urine were measured in 43 diabetic subjects. The results showed that they were significantly higher in diabetics than in non-diabetic eontrols and NAG correlated with urinary albumin and β_2-microglobulin, but not with serum NAG and HbA_1. The results indicate that the urinary activity of NAG may be an early predictor for diabetic nephropathy.
