摘要
颈椎管内肿瘤早期诊断比较困难,手术难度和危险性较大,尤其是C_(1,2)部位肿瘤及髓内肿瘤。本文报告20例颈椎管内肿瘤,男性16例,女4例。髓内肿瘤5例,硬膜内髓外4例,硬膜外肿瘤11例。MRI检查有助于早期诊断,手术治疗大部分能根除肿瘤,即使不能彻底根除,也可获得症状明显改善。
Twenty cases of cervical intraspinal tumors treated between 1983 and 1991 were review- ed. The diagnoses were made with MRI in 16 cases. There were 5 intramedullary tumors, 4 extramedullary tumors and 11 extradural tumors. Experiences showed that most of the tumors might be resected and even if the tumor could not be thoroughly resected, the symp- toms were significantly relieved.
