摘要腹主动脉瘤(AAA)的发病率在近30年中增加了7倍,达2％～6.6％。AAA的年平均增长速度为4mm,症状性AAA在得到诊断后的2年内自然破裂率达50％。这些严峻的数字使血管外科医师面临着艰巨的研究和诊治任务。
