梅山猪的卵巢发育 被引量：1

摘要 将不同日龄的35头梅山猪的卵巢采集下来作形态学和组织学检查。最初在45日龄就观察到卵巢上有囊状卵泡,并且突出于卵巢表面,然后随着这些卵泡的增多,卵巢重量迅速增加。75～90日龄约半数卵巢有黄体,表明75日龄前有些猪已开始发情。对45日龄梅山猪注射外源促性腺激素,卵巢有反应。这些结果表明,性早熟的梅山猪很早时卵巢上就有囊状卵泡发育。
