摘要
简要分析了线路、变压器、发变组装设断路器失灵保护的必要性,并分析了传统的线路失灵保护以单纯相电流作为断路器失灵判据的不足,同时,还对变压器、发变组保护启动失灵时解除复合电压闭锁问题进行了分析,并提出了解决的办法。
The paper discusses briefly the necessity of installing breaker failure protection on transmission line,transformer and generatortransformer unit and analyzes the disadvantages of breaker failure criterion in traditional protection which uses phase current only as criterion.The complex-voltage-blocking problem when transformer and generatortransformer unit protection pickup breaker failure protection is studied, and solving method is put forward.
