8%Y_2O_3-ZrO_2水基料浆的流变性质研究 被引量:9

STUDY ON RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF 8%Y_2O_3- ZrO_2AQUEOUS SLURRIES

摘要 详细研究了固含量、球磨时间、分散剂用量和pH值对8%摩尔分数Y_2O_3稳定ZrO_2水基料浆流变性质的影响。结果表明:料浆均表现出剪切变稀行为,且为假塑性流体。确定了最佳实验参数,当pH=10,分散剂用量为2%体积分数,球磨24 h的ZrO_z水基料浆,稳定性好,适合于成型薄片ZrO_2固体电解质材料,并最终制备出体积分数为56%,适合浇注的ZrO_2陶瓷料浆。 Effects of solid loading, milling time, contents of dispersant and pH value on rheological properties were investigated by rheograms in detail. Results show that the shear thinning behaviour and the pseudoplasticity of aqueous slurries can be found. The optimized processing parameters are found as follows: the pH value is 10, and the content of dispersant is equal to 2% in volume. These conditions are suitable for the fabrication of thin plate of ZrO2 solid electrolyte after ZrO2 aqueous slurries are milled for 24 h. The ultimate volume fraction of ZrO2 aqueous slurries reaches to 56%.
