花椰菜雄性不育两用系不育与可育幼苗和叶片蛋白质组分的比较 被引量:2

摘要 应用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和双向聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析不同发育时期的花椰菜雄性不育两用系中不育和可育的幼苗及植株叶片的蛋白质组分,发现不育的与可育的存在着明显的差异,不育的蛋白质组分多于可育的。 By means of SDS-PAGE and two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,protein components of seedlings and leaves of genic male sterile and fertile plants of cauliflower have been analyzed.Results indicated that marked differences between genic steril and fertile plants were presented at different developmental stages.Most protein components of ex- tracts in seedlings and leaves of sterile plant were found in electrophoretograms.
