上海郊区青椒疫病病原菌鉴定及其生物学特性 被引量:24

IDENTIFICATION AND BIOLOGICAL STUDIES OF Phytophthora capsic IN SHANGHAI SUBURBS

摘要 青椒疫病是上海郊区青椒的主要病害,从川沙、上海、青浦、南汇等县病区分离到的菌种中选取9株作鉴定和生物学特性研究。比较了菌落形态、菌丝直线生长速度和最高生长温度。该病菌无性孢子囊大小为19.3~43.8μm×42.0~75.3μm,乳突明显,偶见双乳突;卵器球形,大小为26.3~38.5μm;雄器大小为10.5~21.0μm×10.5~22.8μm;孵孢子大小为21.0~33.3μm。有性繁殖,9株供试菌株与 Phytophthora capsici A1或 A2标准菌株相配对能产生卵孢子,但其中Sh61、Sh177、Sh302、Sh315不仅能各自形成卵孢子,而且与 P.capsici A1和 A2标准菌株相配对都能形成卵孢子。所有供试菌株对孔雀石绿不敏感,能利用淀粉作为碳源,最高生长温度>35℃。根据特性,并与疫霉属的其它种比较,这9株菌株被鉴定为辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici)。 Phytophthora blight of Capsicum is a serious disease in Shanghai Suburbs. The isolation,inoculation and identification of the causal organism were made with the mate- rials from Chuansha,Shanghai,Nanhui and Qingpu counties.Comparative experiments were carried out for testing colony morphology,linear mycelial growth,and maximum tem- perature of growth.The sporangia vary in size(42.0~75.3μm,19.3-43.8μm),conspicu- ously papillate,usually with single papilla.The oogonia are spherical,26.3~38.5 m in di- ameter,antheridia are 10.5~21μm×10.5~22.8μm,oospores are 21.0~33.3μm in diame- ter.Oospores were produced when isolates paired with A1 or A2 mating type of Phytophtho- ra capsici,but Sh177,Sh61,Sh 315 were self-inductive,which produced oospores in single culture,they could also produce oospores when mated with A1 and A2 isolates.All isolates were not sensitive to malachite green,and showed the capability of utilizing starch.The maximum temperature for mycelial growth was over 35℃.By comparing with the character- istics of other Phytophthora species,these isolates were identified as Phytophthora capsici Lenonian.
