摘要
番茄青枯病(Bacterial wilt of tomato)是由青枯病菌(Pseudomonas solanacearum)引起的一种细菌性土传病害,为我国南方部分番茄种植区的一种重要病害。运用平皿相互拮抗筛选模型,筛出一组拮抗番茄青枯病的菌株,经田间试验,证实菌株4-2-2有良好的防效。
Tomato bacterial wilt caused by pseudomonas solanacearum is one of the im- portant diseases,which has widely occurred in the southern China. It was reported that the antagonistic strain 4-2-2 for the control of tomato bacterial wilt was screened by cross-antagonistic plate assay. The hundred of bacterium strains isolated from garden soil in Suzhou were divided into the two groups:pathogenic and non-pathogenic bacteria after the pathogenicity test on TZC (2,3,5-Triphemyl Tetrazolium Chloride)agar plates.At the same time the cross-antago- nism was assayed on petri dishes between pathogenic and non-pathogenic bacteria,then three antagonistic strains were chosen,strain4-2-2 and 3-1-2 had the same antagonism level, but it was showed some weak opposite antagonism of pathogenic bacteria against the antago- nie bacteria.It was proved that tomato bacterial wilt could be effectively controlled by strain 4-2-2 in fields.Using the technology,antagonistic bacteria against other soil-born disease could also be screened.
